Mr. B S Kapur |
Retired Managing Director of IRCON INTERNATIONAL Ltd., a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways. He worked as Director of the Company from May 1998 to January 2002, before taking over as CEO.
During his tenure in Railways from 1969 to 1998, He has held various assignments including Executive Director in Railway Board from 1991 to 1996 and Divisional Railway Manager in Northern Railway from 1996 to 1998.
Heworked as Senior Advisor to CMD, M/S Simplex Infrastructures Limited, and then joined as President & CEO – Infrastructure, heading the construction wing of Punj Lloyd, Ltd. he further worked as Senior Advisor- Technical with Uniquest Infraventures till January’2016. This is a fully held subsidiary of UEM Group of Malaysia. In this role, he was overseeing the construction of a National Highway PPP project, costing about Rs. 1100 crs.
He is Post Graduate in Civil Engineering from IIT, Delhi and hold a Specialized Diploma in Construction Technology from Polytechnic of Milan, Italy.

He hold a Diploma in Management and have also been trained in Manchester Business School, UK. He has also been trained in Public administration and hold a Specialized Diploma in Public Adminstration from Indian Institute of Public Adminstration as also an M.Phil in Social Sciences. |

Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta |
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 1969; in 1980, he completed masters in Structures from DCE - with a record performance unconquered for many years; he is also a Bachelor of Law from Delhi University. His acumen in contract law and arbitration is well established.
He started his career in 1969 with P&T Department. Subsequently, he created marquee structures in his career across various departments including P & T, TCIL, DOT,MTNL and BSNLand development of BSNL’s all India HQ in Delhi. He was bestowed with several awards & accolades during his career. In 2003, he took charge as the Senior Deputy Director General heading operations of Civil Wing (BSNL). Under his aegis, Civil Wing flourished and delivered several prestigious projects including USO Project worth USD 350 Mn.
He has contributed several technical papers in national and international fora including a national award winning paper – “Best paper in a decade, on Rehabilitation of Concrete Structures”in the Journal of Indian Concrete Institute in 1986. His paper was much applauded in Singapore where he presented it in 1989. He also represented the Department at various international fora in Singapore, Hungary, Jordan etc.

He has been an avid Tennis player and has represented DoT at National level tournaments. He is currently on the Board of K M Technologies Pvt Ltd, an international infrastructure development company where he spearheaded winning and executing a USD 236 Mn.Contract in Iraq.He is also Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Consultancy & Engineering Services, which is focused on providing services in Middle East and Africa. |

Mr. S B Singh is B.Tech in Electrical engineering from IIT BHU- 1974 batch.
Presently working as an Sr advisor Technical hydrocarbon with K M Technologies Pvt Ltd of companies as well as with Inter Trans Techno Ukraine for implementation of their TGC-EHR technology for enhanced oil recovery pilot project in one of the national oil company in India. He has wide range of experience in following organizations.

A concept of de-captivation of Industrial assets in the existing facilities are also being offered to existing clients with Linde financial as well as operation expertise.

Worked as project manager for paraxylene-1 project as lump sum turnkey project consisting of naphtha hydrotreater, continuous catalyst reformer+platforming unit, shell sulfolane & benzene toluene fractionation units of M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Panipat, India.
As project manager was associated in refineries & petrochemical projects covering grass root petrochemical complex of M/s IPCL at Dahej (400, 000 MMTPA gas cracker, C2/C3 Recovery, EO/EG/ PVC/VCM and U&O), Iso Octane refinery in export processing zone at Zabel Ali, Dubai, 1.4 MMTPA FCCU/ 2.2 MMTPA DHDT units of Barauni refinery expansion project of M/s IOCL. In addition to the above associated with various feasibility studies of refineries and petrochemical complex.
